Has Ed acted on the SEC behalf to state the form 10 was accepted?
Or are you stating that the SEC let's everyone through? Why doesn't every pink stock do this then? Why would MYEC pull their other form 10s if they all get approved.
Or is the real question does Ed also work for the SEC?
