Low vs High Liquidity causes more stress
Nothing I read on Google, but surely true IMO. It amazes me that after all the years many have been on this board, they can't see that small-mid cap stocks on a major exchange are the way to go vs microcaps and OTC stocks. I mean there might be a few micro caps on major exchanges that have around a $50M market cap that are worth pursuing, but not many.
I have kept a % track record of how well I did the years I played micro cap OTC stocks vs small caps on major exchanges. Turns out my % gains were just as good or better with the small caps with higher liquidity, and with infinitely less stress. Why less stress ? Less concern over tanking the stock when selling or rallying it when buying. Less concern over the huge amount of additional time spent in actually buying low liquidity vs high liquidity stocks. Less concern about being "stuck" in a stock when you want to swap it for another one. In fact, we should look at huge amount of time saved in owning higher liquidity vs low liquidity stocks as translating to greater potential to make profits.
