Well Today this is my input

Since the electricity sector in Albania all but collapsed two
years ago, Albania has made great progress in reforming both
the legal framework and improving the liquidity of the sector.
It is now important to continue with the reforms, especially
with regard to devising an appropriate support scheme for
renewable energy. Albania’s energy regulatory authority ERE
has to live up to the challenge of certifying two transmission
system operators in the near future and prove its independence
at the same time

And PSPW was going to build a HPP project 2 years ago? well that put the skids on that, and our newsletters stopped also,coincidence?

Albania is still a contracting country to the EU energy community and are not fully compliant on some treaty issues, This next new 2015 pdf report is Long but several good/bad points to brows through.

At this time I tend to lean to idea that the structured financial funding was more of a shot over the Bow statement or a AC/DC song meaning of (we got the Jack) for negotiations with possibly InterEnergo or another financial Institution.

Our last Q seemed to have a glimmer of a awaking with forward movement,So I will wait for our Q and see if there are any clues.
