Their 100% ownership also means that the Big names, the Red Bull guys, the guys who know the Beverage Industry are out..

Yes yes, 'But they still have a 10% stake', I know that, but this means they don't have it all on the line. A full commitment to make it succeed, and to knock it out of the park as we used to say..

If FIZZ is going to be so huge, why would Gary Smith and Ginsberg be reducing their stake?

This is probably why Smith has never come out of the shadows..

I saw someone write before that they don't care what Vanis has said, as much as they care about what he has accomplished this year, or something to that effect, but it just doesn't sit right, some of what Vanis has said..

- He damn well knows they don't have the revenue or credibility to uplist to the NASDAQ or NYSE.. So why say that you are for any reason but a pump?

- We all knew the split was coming, or I tried to tell you guys for months, but Vanis did say 'no split..'

- In retrospect what Vanis and Ezra say on that CC is downright misleading, misinformation, and outright lies, mixed with some half truths.

- The whole 'Emergency Production Run' a few months back, I think we can all admit at this point was BS.. So why say for any other reason than a pump?

* I could go on and on, but I think you get the point.. Things have gotten fishy in 2015, Vanis has vanished, and there is a lot of room for investors to distrust and be speculative at this point..

I am looking forward to seeing some new numbers, don't expect them to be good, and 75% of me thinks that Vanis won't have any 'game changer..'

For me this next update is key, if Vanis doesn't have anything concrete we know he was just Bull Shi... us to buy some time..

Fingers crossed..
