I think it's pretty clear with the birther reference and the guiding light crap that it's Jenna posting the updates. She should identify herself.

If anything, this is a lesson on how not to run a company. I am always highly sensitive to my customer complaints (private company). I cannot imagine pulling this crap with stakeholders of any sort in a public company. It is unconscionable.
