Lurch, correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't they say No R/S at this time or something like that?

and if it happened, why would we go back to 0001

If assets and cash were say $15m with 4.5 Billion shares at 0001
do you think at $15m with 4.5m shares (after a R/S) out there it would be 0001?

And at 4.5m shares out there, don't you think it will be easier
to get people to want to buy shares?

My guess is if there is a R/S then the Preferred Shares will be delt with at the same time,

that's just my guess, what the heck do I know,
