This filing does not mean he is selling necessarily. It is amazing how quickly news can be twisted into being negative. I was in another stock once and there were posters that seemed-seemed-to be down on it. Turned out that they were buying in at great prices because people got discouraged. And I was of them. Turns out, six months later after I SOLD, the dam thing was up 400%.
