I agree, It sounds very convoluded. What happened to a merger? What the heck, am I to understand that SCMI and MMXT will now compete with each other for revenue?
MMXT will not make any payments? How about all the money they owe SCMI right now that they've never paid? As a SCMI shareholder, how will I benefit from inmods contracts?

I just read a whole lot of "new "un answered questions and just one answer. That one being that KC is definatively GONE!

And they want to sell more private placements?

They need a lot more clearity than this!

I thought we would hear about some revenue here sometime?
Now I just wonder who is even going to get that revenue in the event we do get any contracts?

Certainly not someone far enough away from the wheelhouse as to be objective enough to ask them to answer some questions for their shareholders in a news release!
