I know their model is to do produce and sell to wholesalers. I wonder at the scalability of this. If they have the patents as suggested, could this be scaled to be used in a small shed (or maybe the basement of an apartment building) and provide food to the residents of the apartment building? Bypassing the wholesaler, providing cheaper produce and rather than making money off the produce, they could make money off the service contracts and systems they install?
