Whether or not SIXD (or cleantech) is a fraud (or turns out to be a fraud) is completely irrelevant. Nasdaq should stick to the rules and not abuse the power that was given to them. I do think you get my point. Asif Nasdaq is going to tell the SEC now, "na na, see, we were right". Well, they would do that too, I guess. And it's going to be no different with SKBI. They don't have a chance!
