In Rare Move, SEC Reverses Nasdaq's Delisting Of Chinese Company

In a landmark decision last month, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission slapped down Nasdaq and reversed its decision to delist a Chinese alternative energy company. The SEC determined that CleanTech Innovations had not intentionally withheld crucial information from Nasdaq.



Which was basically more evidence (to me) that Nasdaq are a bunch of racists.
