If you read the news its stated clearly they had acquired not a MOU. not intend or sign agreement to acquire, then when you read the 8K the agreement close with conditions and all of them is the norm conditions which need legal advisor of both party to view and sign off on closing of the deal. virtually 80% are finish. This is so huge and so rare that might be the BIGGEST MERGE IN PENNIES.
