where are the grants? Grant proposal program PR after the initial submission of a million dollar grant submission to broward county, was to be award earlier this month, where is the award. and where are the proposed 3 to 4 grant proposals per quarter since that submission? to date there are ZERO submissions and no grant approvals. only 500 units sold in ten months and counting. and pr releases dont count as sales.
