Asif every company discloses the fact that some accountant made an error.



Bank fraud is much different than some minor accounting error.

You really have to lean on the cautious side here. Only glimmer of hope is it appears the auditor has not resigned yet, and they have an activist shareholder that is probably kicking and screaming right now.

One other bone to pick I have with SKBI is they diluted last year...shortly after saying they had enough cash. Just shady business imo, but we will soon see how it all plays out.
