Looks like a short is posting a bid to cause the DLNY Black box to bid jump, then the short is dumping into DLNY Bid..

Notice when ETRF jumped DLNY we seen DLNY jump them back and then immediately DLNY was dumped on..

DLNY either loading or covering.. but not doing it very smart...

good luck all... 15min chart is tight, could go either way..
