I have just spend the morning studying Marine Harvest industry handbook.

I really would encourage everybody to read it. Its a lot of reading but it will give you a great foundation for disussions here on the internet.

When you read there handbook its so clear how superior SIAF´s aquaculture case is compared to the business opportunities of Marine Harvest in just about all areas. It is also clear where we should be in the future valuewise given the insights you get from digesting this material.

Looking at EBIT per kg and the production cycle. SIAF´s prawns is about 50 times more profitable.
Add to that less competion and having your production in the midst of your consumers enabling you to sell your products fresh....

Reading the manual and understanding the progress the norwegians has made when it comes to feed also make you understand how Dr Ostrowski can develop this side of the business. It is clear that we have only touched on the opportunities in front of us in the Aquaculture segemnt of our business. It is also clear to me that it is within this segment Solomon should focus his efforts and the cashflow.

But this is just a few of the many insights you will get from reading about this.

I really encourage you to spend some time taking on this material. After that we can all have a really constructive dialogue on the specific fundamentals of SIAF´s Aquaculture ventures...
