I would bank on a JV with these claims. So many restrictions on mining. I think Bioheap leach mining. Air water injected is the only acceptable way these days.
Have read about the California Mine that was in direct competition with China. But had to shut down because of environmental concerns.
China doesn't give a crap about anything of course they are gonna do whatever it takes to be be global supplier of REE's. 97 percent. Hopefully not for long.
