So I think there is a similar opportunity here. In order to put on this event, applications had to be made to the Jamaican Government for a license. That most likely had a cost, paid by Tweed. The government had to review the licence and ask themselves, is this going in the right direction with the right business people and is it good for the local economy and culture?
Apparently the answer is Yes. As far as I know, when you have a good house guest once, their welcome tends to be extended.
