As I understand it those slides are built packed certified and the process vidoed before delivery. Would love to see those videos. All it would take would be for a Goodrich rep to deploy the slide with the FAA inspectors in observation during a quick 15 second testing. Is this too much to ask. Probably, because then you have someone directly accountable... not what the industry seems to want.
