Can someone answer something worrisome for me please? If the HCTI F500 PR said a definitive agreement would be released within 90 days and it has now been more than 180 days? Whats the deal? If they wait until all the notes are converted and they're hugging the bottom people wont necessarily believe them even if it was true? What is the companies game here?

Dont see it being the wisest decision to hold off on this kind of news?
