Ok, so please help me make sure I am understanding this correctly. The S3 allows Sigma to sell more shares into the market, which increases the float, correct? It raises the company money, but also dilutes the shares right? This is where the price pullback Kmey was talking about comes from right? I guess it still doesn't make sense to me that if they have multi-million dollar contracts coming in they would need to dilute shares to get capital. I understand there is a delay between contract signing and actual revenue realization, but Sigma is not in dire straights where it needs cash ASAP. Please correct me, but my thinking says that if we dilute shares, the price drops, which makes it harder to be uplisted, and also if the price drops, we would be an easier buyout, no?
