To meet the NYSE-MKT standard of $2, from the current .045 pps, the price would have to increase by over 4400%. For comparison the miraculous run last year from .0015 to .045 was a 3000% gain. That gain was with info being given out and a group buying during the pot rush, so not sure how a run almost 1.5 times that amount is supposed to happen on the merits of the company, even with lots of great news. The $3 pps requirements would require an entire extra dollar run from there!
