Now if the SEC would do their job,

SEC is slow but look what they have to deal with... seriously there are so many scams.

I have personally talked to the SEC about other scams and I can say I thought I was the bad guy with the questions they asked....that doesn't help.

Well, maybe since this is a three strike kind of scam, maybe that will help them decide to move faster.
