I don't think anyone knows how many shares are outstanding. Once this settlement occurs I was doing some thinking as to what LPPI stock would be worth JUST IN CASH if they received the full $31 million.

100 million shares OS = 31 cents a share
150 million shares OS = 21 cents a share
200 million shares OS = 16 cents a share
250 million shares OS = 12 cents a share
300 million shares OS = 10 cents a share
350 million shares OS = 9 cents a share
400 million shares OS = 8 cents a share

Thats just in cash. If there is business waiting for them once this is complete and they are manufacturing and moving forward I don't see why this couldn't trade between 10 and 20 cents soon after a settlement.
