It would be easier to do the Mini Test #8, but then per FAA policy that they would have to submit Mini Test 1 - 8 as one package for review. Baltia then would have to wait for the same amount of time or even longer to get the results. Why? it is because of the findings in Mini #7 that they will have to get to the bottom of it.

It is best to wait for what FAA has to say before spending the money on something that FAA doesn't really need.
