I was pumping this ticker well before many were even in it. I had faith in what I was reading and hearing about the company. I've flipped before and made some decent $$$.... and I have been buying all the way down to $0.001 with currently holding almost 5m shares.

I have no reason to pump as the company hasn't done chit for this entire year. Until I see that they are at least trying to make an effort to sell and deliver their product I will be doing nothing but expressing my dissatisfaction.

And my foremost dissatisfaction is the high annual salary being paid to the CEO, Roger Slotkin. A high salary and nothing being shown for it. If I recall that salary is $250k and that's not including the benefits which one is a car allowance.

I ask, how can and why should a company who is not fairing well and trying to get their business off the ground pay that much salary to a single person?

I have worked for many large Blue Chip companies as well as small private start-ups. Throughout my 35+ year career there has been a few occurrences where some of those companies had very lean years and revenue was not well. Some had lay-offs and some had salary freezes as well as salary reductions.... And those that were affected was from the top down, including the CEOs.

I think Roger could live very comfortably on half of what his current salary is but as always greed runs through the corporate environment, even the small OTC ones...... but maybe Roger has a crack habit and needs $250k a year?

Eighty percent of the population is ignorant and the other
twenty percent live off of them.
