Big Money-----What ever happened to RFID? Alo what happened to Nexus? I normally will not touch or get close enough to a stock to smell it if Cornell is involved. You said in the past that Cornell cannot short HMSC. I wonder if they can find a way around that ?



(l) Short Sales. Neither the Buyer(s) nor any of its affiliates have an open short position in the Common Stock, and the Buyer(s) agrees that it shall not, and that it will cause its affiliates not to, engage in any short sales of or hedging transactions with respect to the Common Stock as long as any Convertible Debentures shall remain outstanding.
