More poor excuses for a management who should have been fired for destroying 99.9% of the market cap and who spent the vast majority of the money on administration rather than exploration
NO wells drilled in 6 long years. Issued toxic debt because it was fast and easy. Deliberately hides material facts from its shareholders. Hasn't had a vote on the BOD for 4 years and refuses to do one at the upcoming special meeting either. Is about to do 1:100 reverse split where 10 million shares will instantly be turned into 100,000.

It's not like there are not rational and real criticisms of this management that every rational investor should clearly see. No criticism of this management has ever been unfounded. Perhaps it is the defense of an underperforming management that is unfounded.
