Paradigm's P-5 has been made "active" again 9/28/15. I don't understand why as the number of wells meeting renewal requirements is still zero out of 27 wells. All 11 Texas leases are still severed for one reason or another with 4 or 5 new issues in the last month or 2 that look fairly serious.
