have you read this article written by tim howard a 23 year executive of fannie mae. This is an excellent synopsis of the blatant disreguard for the rule of law (conservotr's duties). Even the people involved on the other side of fannie admit publicly to thier attempt to make fannie insolvent and force a take over. That is not a good job of conservator duties. Fannie pulled through in spite of the conservator's monkey buisness
