TEXC at .0067 - wow this one cratered

I haven't paid any attention to this one recently and haven't held shares for a while

But I'm wondering what happened. Did the insiders just line their pockets and shrug their shoulders when the stock tanked?

I remember there were some disposal wells and other property transfers that involved related parties (who made out well)

Anyone have any thoughts or info on this?
