Well,THIS Wednesday 'The Fed' speaks at 2 p.m. ET I believe, so if that is what you refer to then yes it is NOT a normal market day. I DO NOT expect any significant news. BUT the U.S.A. does not always follow the path chosen by "others". We shall see. IMO and I am proud to be an American where my opinions mean something,if only to me and my loved ones.
