Read the Yahoo news (see the link below) again and tell me what is the Hotel Marion's Value? It clearly shows $6M, not $6B! LOL, If what you said were true ($6B) then EFLN would not be traded at the ridiculous low $0.9M MV! The company only has $24.45M worthy assets. How could it own a $6B worthy hotel? It is a obvious typo which happened before!

Anyway the Book Value is 21 times of the current joke low price!

Totally near 1B common shares were acquired at 0.01 per share!
