what i don't understand is i put in front of Doug an easy way to bring cash in TODAY without dilution. He just won't look at it seriously. Others in his circle like it, but he just sits on it.

He really needs to bring someone else in that is fresh and willing to do much of the leg work. Let Doug be the PR guy as that is what he does best, the front man, the face man. Let another be the CEO and get the deals done!!
