Who voted YES and approved EIGHT PROVISIONAL LICENCES for TRTC in Nevada?

The City of Las Vegas, City of Reno, Clark County, Washoe County, and STATE of Nevada voted YES for EIGHT TRTC Licences!

Look at all those government officials and government entities that voted YES to give TRTC EIGHT LICENSES!
