The only reason Paul would do an RS is to get the PPS high enough to move to the Nasdaq. Many companies do that once things are heading in the right (grow & prosper) direction. I don't see that happening here any time soon.

IF this stock gets into the .25/.30 range it would be a good move to RS, upgrade to Nasdaq and pull in the huge investment firms.

Do you see mCig getting to the .25/.30 range? Not today... especially if the conservative 10 million is false.
