your post reminds me of some posts around the time I was adding heavily to my NEOM holdings under $.10, thanks to Tobin's recommendations. He is not the reason to buy any stock, but his presence can help insure against certain kinds of OTC risks. People who take cheap shots at him fail to recognize the benefits of Tobin staying focused on an OTC stock. Tobin's over stated, repetitious recommendations have a real value for those of us who have our own reasons to own NEOM.
