ok, it is rosy in the M & A garden, great strategy etc,









but what is taking so long ??

It seems to me there might be a big hole..ie no-one
wants to make the first jump ..e.g ..if the bank is not finding it
easy or if one part of the equation is stuck, then the whole damn
thing is stuck..


what are the formalities of M & A ? Does it involve a lot of
competitive phases and regulation ?

anyone with experience or knowledge ?
