Let me get this straight how can Nathan be dumping shares if they just came off restriction on Aug 28, 2015 and they have not been posted to be cleared from Rule 144. So, I guess that's impossible.
After doing all the DD, it would make no sense for Nathan to dump shares even if he could, he has the most to lose. After another round of drinks with Joe Two Guns this weekend he told me that Nathan has over two millions dollars of his own money in all these operations and has not received any money from the company. He has actually lost money because no one came through on any of the promises when he took over CYBK.
Nathan was suppose to be paid $500k to take over CYBK to compensate the the debt owed on the company and that never happen. Joe Two Guns said there were other things promised that never happened either. All of this was suppose to compensate for the money the the last guys milked from the company.
Nathan is the largest victim in the CYBK scandal because he gave up his company that was debt free to take over someone else's debt who squandered the money from the company.
Nathan could have walked away but he saw an opportunity to go public because he had real business to take to the market. He thought if he saved the shareholders from losing their money from the PUMP N DUMP Scheme of the last group that he could turn this into a real company and he has big time.
In fact, Nathan inherited all the problems and has paid to have this company with no benefits to him at all. So how can anyone say he anything negative about him, when he has paid to save everyone butt. I don't get it.
All I know is Joe Two Guns and Nathan go back along time together and Two Guns calls him his brother.
If anyone else want to talk to Joe Two Guns about Nathan, you can find him every night training a group of Navy Seals in Hand to Hand combat off Grandby Street in Norfolk, Va. As Mr. T use to say, I "Pitty the Fool" who talk smack against Nathan in front of Joe Two Guns.
