Why leave all the hard promotion work to the CEO? Get out there and spread the world. Order 10 cases, distribute them to local high schools, gyms, etc. I gave some bottles to my football coach friends and they are still asking for more. Once this becomes a household name it will be hard to find anything less than 30 cases sold per hour.. IMHO we can be the street team, we can be the cheerleaders, we can be the sales and promoting force, but we have to want it first.
