unless something goes wrong, i see no reason why A/S of 200M can't allow this to trade beyond $1 ... heck, $1.2B in financing is equivalent of $6/loan per available common share
if any shares were handed out for this financing, they are restricted and cannot possibly hit the open market until after an AS increase is filed with the state...
this said, over the long term, i'd expect an uptrend with some major volatility...
