From what I gather, there will be a lot of New NEWS to ponder over.

The proxy Vote would be required if there was/is another company involved.

When NTEK spun off NTGL a proxy vote was not required because it was a Corporate decision and only Voted on by the Board of Directors.

Evidently there is a company that is definitely interested in the prospect of UltraFlix becoming a dominant Player in the 4K Content Industry.

A fact I already know.

We just got to wait and see what happens this week as We follow the Corporate Press releases if they have one?
