It's still down. If it was the rebrand, I'd expect PR to build anticipation volume.

I think this is bad mojo right here.
My money is on bankruptcy.
The math for the dilution doesn't add up anyways. They had a 168k monthly burn rate last quarter, and almost no cash on hand.
The notes they issued barely cover a few days of operating cost.
