Hey Gang - I have an appointment with my CPA tomorrow morning. He is one of the majority owners of www.cricpa.com and may have some background on the current auditor for Boreal. At the very least, it's worth asking him if he's heard of the guy.

Can you please send me the CPA's name and firm?

I'm based in Florida and if I recall correctly, the CPA performing the audit is from the East Coast of Florida, No?

Please send it my way and I'll make sure to ask the question tomorrow.
