Penny market is a little rough right now.. I remember last few years when a company would go current, the Share Price would get pumped over a penny.. these days the momentum swings are nowhere to be found, only one tick flippers controlling the PPS.

Nothing has changed here, not even the SS, company pulling all the right strings - only a matter of time imo
