LOL, Who did say that ($6B)? The press only indicated the hotel value at $6,000,000 ($6M, not $6B)! Which is trust-able data because that means one room only worth $50K averagely ($6M = 120 x $50K). EFLN has huge shares accumulations at 0.0004 ~ 0.0006 most recently! Obviously the strong hands and smart investors are taking advantage of the market weakness to steal those dirt cheap shares from both the weak hands and one-tick flippers... I bet another overdue quick bounce to 0.0009 ~ 0.0016 will kick in very soon since the float is the FIXED and Same!
