The "D" being removed isn't going to do anything.

The K will show we're at a loss again...hopefully it will at least show that our revs are increasing and we're closing the debt gap.

upgrading to OTCQB - tell me exactly what that does for the company? How will it make a difference what so ever?

The only thing we can hope for is actual news about the "game changer" and financials that show forward moving progress. Don't expect to be actually making a profit...that's a long way from happening.
