NOT rented NOT owned by someone else...office owned by Oak River Technology construction that was paid for by Oak River Technology began in late August although the architect was hired in June so that they (Linda & the architect) could start designing the building/office that they were having built...FACT

keeping it real as not 1 damn thing I have ever said or posted has ever been shown to be nothing but factual & verifiable FACT



Wonder....how about a commercial leasing arrangement for the lot & then after the pad is poured having to pay & build out the building as in having hired an architect, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, drywall (hanging & finishing), flooring, painters & trim carpenters etc. All about going face to face & performing real verifiable DD instead of any of the investing public sitting behind a computer & calling it due diligence.

Mark this post as it will prove that my/our face to face DD trumps any & all other FACT & will be proven thus proving all other is just pure BS.

As for any who have actually been to the site of the new office (complex) one would actually know that there is a custom builder, a fancy wine shop, a high end outfitter (hunting & fishing) & Oak River Technology & nearby a nice local bar called Boot Jack Bar (lots of Jags & Mercedes parked outside when I was there & very cold beer) & Gabe (I believe was the name of the owner when I was introduced) owns Taquito's Mexican Restaurant btw not bad food @ all. Kendall County is actually one of the more affluent areas w/ one of if not the best school district in Texas.

I/we are always willing to spend some money, time & travel doing actual due diligence before investing the type of money we have invested here.
