Alec may be more concerned with skateboarding than building the company but he seems sincere in his desire to build something real. I don't believe he is your typical penny stock schemer at all. What is concerning is he is maybe too trusting in Peachtree who have definitely been around the block in terms of shady penny stock ventures.
