Don't worry, tomorrow someone will say they spoke to a friend of their uncles sister and they heard the Titan was being acquired by… Fill in the blank. The board will then shift to that for a week giving all kinds of nonsensical theories.

Ever since the Google/JNJ theory started popping up this board seems to believe the only way this product can compete and bring huge gains for their investment is with an acquisition. That's bullshit. There are many that say the management has never been part of a start up. For someone who has over 25 years in the industry and the last decade doing surgical device start ups I can tell you this company can very easily bring SPORT to market by themselves. If you want to keep listening to people who have heard stories from reps of Intuitive, J&J, Covidien go ahead. If you think those reps actually know something then you should not be allowed to make investments.

Let me tell you why Intuitive is not a good suitor. Yes, Intuitive could financially acquire Titan very easily.... but if they did it would only be for the IP and not for a finished robot to go to market.

Why? Because they are not going to have two systems (da'Vinci and SPORT) that require different training on the market at the same time. If they acquired it they would be doing what they did with Zeus/Aesop in 1998. They would need to integrate their software into the platform to operate controls in line with da Vinci. intuitive has already been criticized for their lack of formal and in-depth training in it as lead to lawsuitsThey are not going to have two robots with different training and operational needs.

So respectfully my advice. Stop chasing ghosts. Give the company the time that they have outlined to get the robots completed......They are weeks away!!

Stop worrying about funds. if the robots are completed and sites announced for trials the PPS will take care of itself. Does anyone really think an announcement of completed robots would not get the PPS well over the needed $1.65 Canadian to be exercised. The stock has gone from a $1.20 to $2.50 US in two days with much less important news.

Could they get acquired and it be a great thing. Yes. But not until at a minimum clinical trials in several of the specialties are completed and CE Mark is obtained. Without them they can't demand the price the technology is worth. Why does everyone want them to sell before that? it just blows my mind.

Sorry to be harsh but this board has been schizophrenic lately.
